I truly believe that this book is very handy and extremely helpful for starting the ketogenic diet/ lifestyle. I’ve actually read many websites, blogs, watch YouTube videos, and Facebook videos- I even signed up online for cool books and purchase a few apps/ calorie tracker but these source were a bit confusing at times. When I came across this book I was Shop how easy it was to read and basically holds your hand through this process. I totally swear off diets. Seriously I would go wtf man, why should I starve myself and go on juicing, liquids and all those faddish stuff that sweeps online every so often. The extent of me going on a diet was a half day on those vege and fruit juices, and I tapped out cos I was super duper hungry!
And for the record, no, it wasn’t because I was an ill disciplined jerk. I follow the sitcoms religiously and oh Netflix !
Alright anyhow, the moment I caught wind of this ketogenic book from a friend, I got myself up to date on all things a ketogenic diet should and shouldn’t have. No no, don’t mistake me in saying that this book by Jamie moore is the be all and end all for all ketogenic diet facts, it definitely is not. But what it does is to make an easy read to pick up the essential and sometimes not so obvious things about what it takes to embark on the ketogenic diet as a lifestyle.
There were some parts which I thought could have been better, like maybe pictures for the recipes and perhaps more recipes ? but hey, for a book that is meant for beginners in the ketogenic diet, I would say rather that it has exceeded handsomely what it is meant to do.

This book on ketogenic diet, by Jamie ken moore is really a gift that came at a right time for me. I was a total clueless person on the ketogenic diet and was almost at my wit’s end with my seemingly lost battle on weight loss, when I chanced upon this book through a friend and gave it a shot.
The benefits of going on the ketogenic diet were clearly outlined to me, as well as the potential issues one might face when doing this. I appreciated the easy to follow 4 week meal plans as well as some of the recipes which were provided for in the book.
Yet, what I really think differentiated this ketogenic diet book away from the others was the step by step guide that really delved into the smaller details which this diet entailed. Things which you may miss out after you are caught up in the enthusiasm of going on the ketogenic diet after reading up on all the fantastic benefits.
A nitty gritty book that really felt that the author left nothing back, and shared about his own personal journey and experiences with the ketogenic diet. Thumbs Up!
WOW not only is this book full of yummy recipes, but it's packed with information about the Ketogenic diet and even includes a meal plan!!! How awesome is that?! I was expecting an intro and some recipes, but this book has SO MUCH information about the keto life and the benefits and it lists foods you CAN eat and foods you should stay away from - and the best part? I ordered the kindle version so i can read it on my e-reader, or my phone, or my computer, or a n y w h e r e!!! Yay! love it so much!
