This is a perfect guide for moms-to-be; the instructions and photos make it easy to follow even for beginners, yet the content is appropriate for those with prior yoga experience. I think every expecting mother would benefit from this guide, which shows you how to relieve aches and gently relax and tone the prenatal body. I really enjoyed learning to slow things down and give myself the gift of uninterrupted peace to focus on my own thoughts!
